In most clinics the only way to know when your turn will come is to sit and wait. Elderly parents, sick children and people who took leave from work all end up spending hours in a crowded room, often for a five-minute consultation.

MacMedi gives every booking a token number and connects it to the doctor's queue. When the doctor calls the next patient, your phone updates within moments. You can see the token being served now, how many people are ahead of you and a rough waiting time, so you can plan your day around your visit instead of the other way round.
