Paying for a consultation should take seconds, work on any phone and never leave you worried about being charged twice. MacMedi uses a trusted payment partner for UPI, cards and netbanking, and the payment screen you see is the partner's own secure page.

Networks drop, especially on the move. If your payment is interrupted and you try again, MacMedi recognises it as the same payment rather than a new one. And if online payment isn't working at all, your slot is not lost: the doctor can switch your booking to pay at the clinic.
