FAQ

Questions from patients

How does the live token work?

When you book, you get a token number. As the doctor calls patients, your screen updates to show how many people are ahead of you, so you can reach the clinic just in time instead of waiting for hours.

Can I book for my family?

Yes. Add family members under your own MacMedi ID and book for them from the same app.

What if online payment fails?

Your slot is not lost. You can try again, or the doctor can switch your booking to pay at clinic.

Will I be charged twice if I retry a payment?

No. A retried payment is recognised as the same payment, so you are never charged twice.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. You can cancel a booking from the app. If a refund is due, our support team issues it to your original payment method.

Where do I find my prescription after the visit?

In the app, under your history. It appears as soon as the doctor saves it, and stays there for future visits.
