Your visit, step by step
You need only your mobile number. No forms, no passwords.
Sign in with your mobile
Enter your number, type the OTP and your MacMedi ID is ready.
Find a doctor
Search by symptom, speciality or city. Check timings, fees and the Verified badge.
Book and pay
Pick a slot and pay online, or choose pay at clinic. You get a token number right away.
Track your token live
See how many patients are ahead. Reach the clinic just in time.
Get your prescription
Your digital prescription and any lab referral arrive in the app after the visit.

What happens after you book
A lot happens in the few seconds after you tap Book. Here is what MacMedi does for you.

Your slot is held
When you pick a slot it is held for you while you pay, so nobody else can take it.
- 02
Payment is confirmed
The payment partner confirms the payment. A retry is recognised, never charged twice.

You get a token
Your token number is created and a confirmation goes out on WhatsApp or SMS.

The queue moves
Each time the doctor calls the next patient, every waiting patient's screen updates.

Records are saved
After the visit, the prescription and any referral appear in your history.
